Just bought 9-7 and found that it is quite easy to use and works well as of day one.

It would be better if there was an option to turn the bottom and top elements on and off.

Just brought it home

I have not cooked in it yet as I just got it today but right off the bat the first thing Chefman needs to do better is the type of glue on the stickers. The sticker on the top and the one on the door were so hard to get the glue residue off the unit. There are definitely better adhesives out there. I ran the 400 degree cycle recommended after I removed the glue, and so far so good.
