Cooks great but there is a problem

The side of my airfryer has caved in. I live alone and have hit it with anything. I have it positioned 4" from wall. Is this a defect with the heat? I love this oven but am concerned about what is going on with it. Please advise what can be done.

The first chefman that I had worked great until they quit

It's easy to use once you know and read the instructions. This unit that was sent to me was because the other one I had less than a year quit. I hope this one is better
