CANT REMOVE PLASTIC PIECE THIS IS JUNK

I OPEN THE BOX AND THE TONER CARTRIDGE HAS SOME SORT OF PLASTIC WHICH WILL NOT COME OUT NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO . THIS HAS TO BE RETURNED AS ITS A PIECE OF JUNK

I had to shake the previous Staples Remanufactured CB435A Cartridge once it got to about 66% used. It would not print the ink evenly on the page. There were light and dark spots on page. Then the ink started coming out all over on everything. I hope this one does better.
