i HAVE STAYED AWAY FROM NON HP TONER CARTRIDGES FOR YEARS DUE TO RUMORS ABOUT REFILLS. but i UNDERSTAND THAT hp cartridges are refills anyway.. So far so good and as long as this keeps up I will be back.

Blue ink everywhere!

I purchased this product since it was remanufactured to be environmental. However every time I would print blue would be everywhere making the page unusable. No matter how many times I tried to fix it it would not stop printing blue everywhere. I wasted a ton of paper and other ink using this product. Finally I just had to remove it to resolve the issue.

Every single time we print we got pink lines across the page. We thought that after printing 100 pages it would stop but it didn't. We called Staples.com and received a credit and returned the purchase.
