The remanufactured are ok but they had toner on the outside of them which created a mess and they don't last as long as original HP.

This is my first time purchasing the Sustainable Earth Cartridge and so far I am not noticing any difference in the quality of the ink. I am satisfied with how my projects have printed and would purchase the product again.

Quality is every bit as good as the name brand but costs less and gives options for recycling the old cartridge instead of throwing it away. Very pleased!

Sustainable Earth by Staples remanufactured Magenta Toner Cartridge 131

The sensor on it stopped working after using only 1/3 of the toner. Since the toner sensor doesn't work the printer/copier would not work requiring me to change to a new cartridge. Wow! As a result in reality the cost of these cartridges are three times what we paid for them since we get to use only 1/3 of the toner. Cheaper to stick with the name brands.

Remanufactured Cartidge

I must admit I was a bit leary to purchase a remanufactured toner cartridge. After comparing prices and finding a coupon I decided it was worth it to try it. This was the first time I had to change the cartridge since buying the printer over a year ago. It was a little messier than the black cartidge that I also had to replace. The quality seems to be comparable than the Canon cartridge. I don't do any major printing so it is difficult to see if there is any major difference between brands.

Works ok.... but when initially putting into the machine it got toner on my shirt and arm. That was pretty disappointing
