Good Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as part of the stellar product testing panel. This ink cartridge worked really well! It took a while to come but once it came it was easy to install. It popped right in. I had a subscription for the ink (original brand) and cannot tell a difference between that and this. It was so easy to install it took me 30 seconds. My printer took a really long time to print which has never happened before. I’m not sure if that is because of the print cartridge or if it was a fluke. The quality was really good though. I normally get streaks and sometimes even colors that are off. This was a bold black color and it was great quality. I highly recommend this ink cartridge. I’m coming from the ink subscription and always felt like I was wasting my money. Not only did I have to pay per page but even if the printer messed up I paid for it. Not to mention some months you go over or under and waste money. I really think this ink is the way to go and I have cancelled my subscription and plan to use these cartridges instead.

Pretty standard ink

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This ink prints pretty much the same as the brand name ink that I had previously been using in my printer. I would not be able to tell this ink apart from my brand name ink if I didn't know which paper was printed by which ink. The installation process is the same as the regular cartridge. The thing that would deter me the most from purchasing this cartridge with my own money is that it is more expensive than the regular cartridge with the exact same specs.

Great Replacement Ink

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this ink through the Stellar Product Testing Panel and had a great experience with it. The installation was very simple - just remove the plastic and pop in the cartridge until you hear the click of the clasp. The documents I printed all printed well with no bleed or anything like that. In the past I would receive warning messages from HP that the cartridge was not suitable when buying anywhere other than HP but no warnings or errors with this! Everything was super smooth as if it was bought straight from HP! Loved it!

Decent but with issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used a refillable ink cartridge before but have had issues with the ink coming out. This specific one worked okay for the most part I did notice that it does print a bit dry when you first start using it. I don’t know if my ink cartridge was a fluke. It did eventually start printing a little better but I think I’d rather stick to new ink cartridges. I did receive this ink cartridge for free for my review from stellar product testing.

Great printer ink option

This refurbished printer ink from Staples is a great option over the usually expensive OEM replacement ink. Printing quality has been just as good as original. The one thing needed to to disable firmware updates in order for the printer cartridge to work and continue working. So it’s an extra step that took a little longer than expected but the website helps show you how to do it. Overall a this ink replacement cartridge is a good option depending on the price difference compared to an original brand cartridge

Ink for printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Staples Remanufactured Ink Cartridge in my HP Envy printer. I received this printer ink from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Pro: It was packaged nicely with a plastic piece covering the cartridge to protect it then in a bag and box. Also the print quality seemed pretty good although the black was not as rich and dark as I would hope. Issues: Upon installation it got a message saying that a previously used cartridge was installed. I was worried at first but I was still able to print so it seemed ok. The second message I received did worry me though. It stated that it was low on ink and to replace it. This was brand new in packaging so it should not have said it was low. I checked the ink level in my printer app and it showed that it was full. I am not sure if the original cartridge when it was low has some sort of signal that remains on it. It’s a bit disconcerting that every time I print it tells me that I’m low on ink meaning I can never get a true notification for it. Overall I was not impressed as the issues were too much for me to look past.

Same quality as name brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this Staples Remanufactured Black High Yield Ink Cartridge Replacement for HP 64XL to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I was worried my printer (7855) wouldn't accept this ink cartridge but it works just fine! The cartridge came with a removable clear plastic cover instead of the blue tape on the manufacturer ones and it snapped right into place during installation.The print quality on documents seems the same as with the name brand cartridges. Since these are less expensive I'll definitely use the black one again. And when it's time to replace my color cartridge I am going to try the Staples color one as well

Clear bright ink

It adapted to my printer easily and quickly. Only reason for 4 stars is because I’m not sure how long it will last and I know ink can be very expensive.
