Easy to Install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was one of the easiest cartridges to install given some are much harder to change. This cartridge came with solid instructions and I was able to pop it in without confusion. Once installed I went through the test process and had beautiful black ink coming through the printer. The print quality almost seemed better than most because it was glossy but didn't smear. The packaging was also easy to open without needing to use scissors and all the other tools for packaging that doesn't like to be opened. The nice part really is that everything is eco-friendly. I like being able to replace some stuff like plastics with earth friendly material. Overall I'll stick to this brand for the sake of easy installation and beautiful print. I do need to mention that I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and my views are an honest reflection of my opinion and testing of the product.

Great Ink

The value seems to be great. I like how all the parts to this including the packaging is eco-friendly. The printing quality is excellent. I did receive this product to test in the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Crisp and no smudge toner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall great black toner cartridge that prints clean pages without streaks. The ink on the paper is even from the first word to the last. Also the ink dries quickly so no fear of smudging after picking up the paper. The ink quality is consistent as well both for high resolution print jobs to "draft mode" quick print. Obviously the draft mode is lighter in color and may be uneven but it is still very legible and a great way to print out drafts or anything temporary (i.e. that will be thrown out) while saving toner.

Great quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I have used a compatible printer cartridge for my HP printer and I was concerned the printer might not recognize it. I was pleasantly surprised that the cartridge works as well as the OEM ones I usually buy. The printing is crisp clear and stays adhered to the paper with no smudging. I received this product as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and definitely will be purchasing these in the future.

Solid Product replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After receiving this product via Stellar Product Testing Panel I applied the following criteria for my review: Ease of installation - From previous experience the changing of toner is easy and the Staples replacement didn’t upset the process at all. If you are new a quick viewing of an installation video would be more than enough to assist. Print quality after install 3 days and 500 copies - a little messy on the first print but everything after that up to and including the 500th copy was clean with no issues of running or smearing on the sides. Any issues or difficulties - none to report. Overall satisfaction - I enjoy a good laser jet print but with the overall transition from physical to digital media I find less and less utilization out of my printer beyond use by my small art side job. Recap: Wonderful stand-in product that can help save a little on the HP-branded toner replacement cost. Zero noticeable difference between the prints of this and the OEM toner. Would recommend if you use printing daily less so for the here and there printer.

Would love to have my $82 back!

Print quality is poor. Ink color is light grey. Unacceptable for my business. These ink cartridges are expensive to begin with and trying to save the $25 is a waste of money when they do not live up to how they are advertised. Bad idea for Staples.
