Staples Black Ink Cartridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the HP 65 XL black ink cartridge through the Stellar Product Testing Panel and here are some of thoughts: The installation process was quite simple and straight forward. Removing my previous black cartridge and putting the new one in was super easy which I appreciated. The ink quality was good and not at all splotchy however I do believe the black could have been a bit more vibrant in appearance. It actually appears more like a dark dark grey than black. Regardless of this I would still recommend this particular ink cartridge to a friend because my desired prints still came out nice and beautiful. Overall I give this staples ink a 4 star review!

Good replacement alternative

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I work at a school and use my personal printer frequently for papers/documents. This ink cartridge was a good replacement alternative for my HP printer. I have found that no replacement inks are quite as good and crisp as the original but it still got the job done at an efficient price. It was quick and easy to install with no issues. I have only been able to use this ink for a few days so I can’t speak on the longevity but I have found it to be a nice cost-efficient option thus far.

Great quality and value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending me this ink cartridge to try for free for my honest opinion. I print on a fairly regular basis- whether it be files for work or shipping labels and my ink usually runs out within 1-2 months. This cartridge I was sent is about double the size AND the price is quite cheap compared to other name brands! I appreciate that it’s a remanufactured ink cartridge too better for the environment. Oh and finally the ink quality is great. You would never be able to tell that this is off brand or remanufactured.

Easy to use with decent print quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this printer ink to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Installation was super easy—just popped it in and my printer recognized it right away without any issues. The first page I printed came out clean and sharp but I did notice the second page looked slightly faded. It wasn’t a huge problem just a bit lighter than expected especially for a high-yield cartridge. Hopefully it’s just a minor hiccup or part of the initial adjustment. Overall for everyday printing it’s a solid option. The ease of use and compatibility are definite pluses and if the print quality holds steady I’d consider using it again.

Easy installation cartridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This cartridge was so easy to install compared to a big box store brand. I received this product as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel but would definitely purchase anytime. The print quality was especially great. Other brands have still been wet to touch as soon as they print but this one was not wet to touch. It was perfect as soon as it printed. The best thing about the product was the installation process. It was easy to unbox and popped right into the printer. My printer immediately picked up the refill and started printing as soon as I hit the button. Going forward I would recommend this product to all families and friends. I am very happy with this ink cartridge.

Great ink for my printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this ink from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I was pleasantly surprised! I have attempted to order other lower cost inks in the past and had issues with other off brand inks being recognized by my printer. Some also printed a few pages really well but didn’t perform long term and didn’t print as many pages before running out as the name brand version. I will say I may have been won over with this ink! Finally a cost effective and quality ink replacement! It installs easily if you know how to change ink- it’s all the same. It works great and the quality of the print is perfect for my home use. Time will tell how long the cartridge lasts but I’m optimistic that it’ll be a great solution for my printing needs!

Best Remanufactured Ink

I appreciate the effortless installation and quality of printing. I would say that it’s 1:1 comparable to the original HP ink that I’ve been spending hundreds of dollars on throughout the year. I’ll most definitely recommend this to anyone and will purchase again in the near future!

Great alternative

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As most know HP ink is finicky. The printer has to check the ink cartridge for an RFID tag before it will allow it to be used. This makes the cartridges more expensive and reduces the number of options on the market. I was thrilled when Stellar Product Testing Panels reached out to me to test this XL cartridge as I’ve been looking for a high quality alternative to the expensive name brand cartridges and that is what this is. The cartridge came vacuum packed like most and install was straight forward. Had I not know this wasn’t an original OEM cartridge I would never have guessed. The printer ran its print test and all worked flawlessly. 5 stars what more can you want?
