Couldn’t load toner. Had help from TruRed and didn’t work. Ordered Bro toner and loaded without a problem!. Will NOT buy Tru Red again!! Cost me 3 days without a printer!

Not worth the hassle

The product immediately malfunctioned and the customer service was the worst I have had in years (and I recently went to the DMV).
