Horrible Purchase

Ijust opened my ink cartridges and the black spilled all over myhands shorts and carpet. Horrible quality. The other cartridges triggered the printer to read the cartridges as altered and cloned and would not work. Horrible product.

The ink description gives the impression it is compatible with an hp printer but it is not. the hp printer does not recognize it because it does not have an hp chip so it will not print

Tried all the support site’s instructions and suggestions. Couldn’t print a single page. The printer requires internet connection and the HPSmart app on the computer. It identifies these as non-HP cartridges and will not complete set-up.
