Their tools are expensive, but they are worth it. My son was "loosening" an Allen head screw, and tightened it so tight he broke the bit. That part kinda sucked but the screw didn't strip and the bit didn't strip and everything was fine except the bit broke. There is a new but ordered and on the way. Great product, great customer service.

Bought this thinking I would rarely need to use it, but in first month I had a screw that I could not tighten with the appropriate driver - not enough torque. With the ratchet I was able to tighten very precisely and with very little effort. The quality is super too!

The moment I opened and handled it, the high quality was apparent. I use it daily and find
it a valuable addition to my workbench. I do recommend purchasing an extra 1/4" to 4mm adapter (sku#
75802) just in case it gets misplaced. It is required for adapting the bits to the ratchet. The two
occasions I have spoken directly with the folks at Wiha, their customer service exceeds all
expectations.
