This is an absolutely stunning set, it is clear that it was made with love for details. It also opens up the possibilities for customization for me and my child.

The worst build

We love Legos and have built many. That said, this treehouse kit took away our Lego joy. Myself and 12 year old son built this together. It is unstable, difficult, and poorly designed. We are very disappointed because it was an expensive set. We only gave it any stars because it looks cool.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wanted to take a moment to share my opinions on this set because I’ve enjoyed it so much. There’s a lot of pros here, with just a few reasonable cons. Firstly, I love how the roofs are removable to each cabin. They are stable and easy to put back in place. The interior of the cabins is amazing, little details in every corner. The playability here is off the charts. It has awesome little gizmos like the winch and swing. There’s a bit of airflow where I am displaying it currently, which unexpectedly keeps the swing in motion! The sheer size of the build catches all my guests eye. It stands out among other sets and is a great conversation piece among my home decor. It also compliments the Cabin A-Frame set very well and the choice of leaf color is awesome. The biggest con is the instructions, but that’s to be expected. Nothing irredeemable, but the parts aren’t highlighted like newer LEGO sets. Dealing with two shades of brown, this could be a nightmare for someone that’s color blind or visually impaired. Thankfully they changed this shortly after releasing this set though. Hope you get to enjoy this as much as we do before it’s retired!

Still in the process of building. There are few missing pieces which already requested. Book Instructions are a bit difficult to follow due to dark colors. Still enjoy building it.

[Employee of lego-global] It took me a long time to build this set. The instruction book is difficult to follow due to the color of the tree (brown overload) or the lack of highlights on where to put the new pieces like in the other instruction books I’ve used. Good thing the colors are more clear on the app; otherwise it’ll take me months to finish this set.
Overall, I had a difficult yet fulfilling experience building this tree house. Would still recommend to adults who are into intermediate to high intermediate level of difficulty of LEGO sets. Or maybe I am just a beginner. 😅

Good build but...

It's a great build and very detailed but the instructions leave something to be desired. It's hard to tell which brown pieces are what and exactly where they go sometimes. Since everything is brown it blends on

I love this set. However, I would like to see the instructions improved. It is difficult to determine placement with some of the brown colors. Also, it is difficult to differentiate the shades of browns that are needed. I did use the Builder app to help out. But, I'm old school and find using the printed instructions more challenging.
