Idk why they ask for a review right when you submit the warranty. I used it once so idk about the results but this is a bendy mask lol gave me Halloween mask vibes but at least I’ll be able to wipe it and disinfect it in between uses at the salon

Lifetime warranty

This was a replacement because they offer a lifetime warranty. I had to send videos that my original mask did not continue to work. And they sent me this replacement immediately and I am a very happy customer. This is my fourth product from life pro

My original that was a gift quit working I sent videos and proof that it no longer would charge and they immediately sent me a new one to replace it. They really do standby their lifetime warranty.

Love how easy this is to use. Took a couple tries to get the placement of the straps right so it wouldn’t fall off but really enjoy using this at night to wind down.
