It seems to work fine and I bought it because it has the third setting for green light. That said, it's not very comfortable. I feel like it's hard to breathe in it no matter how I position it or how tight or loose the straps are. Just have to put up with it if I want the benefits. I'll try to track my before and after for a month and see if I notice results. I know the light is great for my skin.

Mask is soft rubber not a hard plastic like i imagined from the photos. It's comfortable, and the eyes are not exposed.
