[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleek and easy to use, the only issue was with the directions. They could have been more specific on how the frother works.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I couldn't be happier with this machine. Over the past 25 years, I've had four other espresso machines purchased at a variety of price points. Not one has delivered a shot as smooth and sweet as this one. It is thoughtfully designed, quality build, easy to use and looks great on my counter. I have a high quality grinder, use freshly roasted espresso beans and run a double shot everyday. Love it!

First impression was really great. Very thoughtful and secure packaging. Quality seems really good. Had a bit of a scare when first trying to operate the unit as it wouldn't evacuate any hot water on first use. Had to keep trying to turn the knob on/off as well as the unit itself until it finally began working. Haven't had any problems since and am enjoying very tasty espresso.
