Great addition to our backyard project. Meant to cover hot tub for shade and privacy. Works perfect without taking up much room. We added an outdoor roll shade to the front side by drilling it to the poles. It rolls up and down as we want. The top canopy is heavier than expected, but would probably remove in high wind storms. The ground anchors aren't really much to speak of, but I guess provide some support to the back that sit on the ground. The front sits on concrete bricks, so no good. This was not expensive compared to many others we've seen and does a great job. Gives us that backyard oasis Cabana feeling. LOVE IT.

A cool shady pergola!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pergola was fantastic for our backyard. We used it for an outdoor wedding and were able to hang lights, and make it fit into our space perfectly. It is easy to build and highly recommended! The shade is really helpful in the summer!

I figured since I seen all the “finished “ photos, so I decided to show you exactly what is required to put it together. The instructions were NOT the best and do need to be redone, but we looked at finished photos and had no issues. Everything lined up and looks great.
I can not find issue with it, except the instructions.

The product itself came with some bumps and bends but nothing that affected putting it together. It looks great when it is up. Some of the instructions were confusing and could be more in depth, tooks us a bit of time to figure out. But once we got it together it was pretty easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I think this pergola was just what I needed to keep out of the TX sun all the time during this summer. This was perfect for our new house and man made patio we put down. This was the perfect size to put a hammock under and some chairs to hide from the beating sun. I like that the sides are adjustable to the way the sun moves if needed.
few material things about it: After assembling we have gotten quite the rain storms and alot of hail I would say it seems to hold up it made me very nervous and no water "pooled" on top.
-instructions were a little hard to follow
-the base I wish could secure to the ground we have an open concept yard and I am just hoping that the wind wont take it away one day.

Overall I think this will help me get through summer and I am super excited to have it!

Nice addition to our back yard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall we are pleased. The pergola looks great in our back yard! The shade is a nice, thick quality. There are small stakes to anchor the unit to the ground. Two issues I would note. When we unboxed, there were already a couple of rust spots. We had to move the pergola after assembling and it had rained the night before. When we shifted it, rusty water ran down the posts. Not sure how it's going to hold up to the elements over time. Second, the instructions do not specify the direction that you need to turn the four support posts. Each support post has a specific direction that they need to be turned in order to connect the supports, shade, etc. It took one person about 4-5 hours to assemble.
I would recommend this to a friend!
