Really dissatisfied that it broke after only one use

Purchased in January and finally got around to using it and the handle snapped under a small amount of pressure
I think it should be possible to send a replacement pair of arms

It seems to take a long time to cook a sandwich

It's easier to use than making a grilled sandwich on my front pan. Relatively easy to clean. Easy to store away.
