With no rubber gasket on the lids and the small slot for spoon, it will be interesting to see how much heat is lost during cooking. We shall see!

Small manufacturing defect

The Chefman triple slow cooker & buffet server worked great for keeping food hot during our buffet-style Thanksgiving.
I would give 4.5 if I could. Can't give a 5 because one of the slow cooker stoneware inserts has a manufacturing defect on the outside glazing.
