One Push of a Button

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Making espresso drinks has never been easier. It stores the beans, grinds them, and disposes the puck in a receptacle with the push of a button. Having been a barista years ago using a manual espresso machine, this machine is super user friendly and makes a better espresso drink than most cafes these days. It is just a little bit louder than a Keurig machine. I love how I don’t have to take a ton of steps to make a cappuccino. Stores espresso/coffee beans, grinds them, then stores the used espresso puck. You can even make macchiatos, and lattes it you adjust the settings. The milk frother/steamer cup is easy to clean, but leaves about a tablespoon of milk in the reservoir once steamed. Putting it together and setting it up was a bit confusing but all was resolved when viewing the manual online. It has indicators letting you know when to descale, add water, and empty the espresso puck bin.

Fancy Coffee Everyday

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I drink a lot of coffee and now being able to make different drinks when I work from home is a game changer. I like that I can brew multiple sizes at once. For espresso and cappuccino there is an option for 3 different sizes. I’ve only tried this with heavy cream so it didn’t foam up as much as I was expecting and spit cream on the front a little. But I think when I try this with milk it should work out better. The used grounds are dropped into an easily cleaned container which I really like. My only complaint is that the directions are all photos, no words. This make for some confusion but I figured it out.

The options it offers is convenient for everyone to! The coffee is flavorful without being too over powering! It’s the perfect temp when it is done being brewed as well. It’s super easy to clean and some of the parts are dishwasher safe as well! I enjoy that it has a water filter in it as well! This machine is awesome!

Great Espresso with Easy Maintenance, Minor Setup Hiccups
on October 6, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Philips 2330/10 Fully Automatic Espresso Machine is overall a great product. The packaging is sleek and simple, but be careful when opening—it’s easy to nick the power cord with a box knife since it's right at the top.
One small drawback is that the instructions are just pictures with a QR code pointing to an app you need to download. While the app is useful, getting started can be a bit of a pain. Once you're up and running, though, things get easier.
The built-in grinder with the aroma seal top is fantastic, as it saves you from having to grind separately each time. Plus, if you prefer, you can use pre-ground espresso. Cleaning is a breeze, especially the milk container, and overall maintenance is simple and straightforward.
As for the coffee, it’s excellent. The machine froths milk perfectly and brews rich espresso. It took a bit of tweaking to get the cup size right, but once set, it’s just a touch of a button. This machine is super easy to use once everything is dialed in. Highly recommended, though a few packaging and instruction improvements would make it perfect!
