Cannot open the bottle

I bought the Decalcifier bottle almost a year ago and could only use it once! I've been unable to re-open it ever since and went back to the shop where I bought to ask them for help. They ended up giving me a new bottle which guess what: i-t d-o-e-s n-o-t o-p-en! I give up, I'll never again buy this product
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
