Love our new espresso machine! We’ve had 2 Saeco machines previously and were a bit surprised when Philips took over. Phillips retained a lot of the Saeco technology with lots of improvements. Espresso coffee tastes very good with a nice créma on top. The milk frother works very well and fast...the Aquaclean filter is a nice feature since we have very hard water where we live. Overall very satisfied and would recommend this product without hesitation.

So convenient. Makes excellent coffee. I love that’s it’s all in one machine. I don’t have to grind coffee in a grinder,boil water in a kettle, pour into a French press.

Great replacement for my Syntia

My Syntia, the previous model to this one, had reached the end of the grinder lifespan, about 10 years. This new model took a bit of getting used to, and it took about a month to get coffee tasting like my old one. It barely ground any coffee per shot at first, so I used coffee beans that weren’t my favourite during this adjustment period. But after lots of fiddling and waiting, I got it where I want it. With lots of patience and adjustments and the right beans, this machine makes my favourite coffee.
