All I can truly say is “I LOVE IT!” Mine came with its own milk carafe so it is very simple to operate and turns out great cappuccino, lattes, and other espresso drinks I have made since starting to use this amazing espresso machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I believe this is a good coffee machine but not the best as I was hoping for more flexibility. You can't fully customize amount of coffee/milk in the drink. Machine allows to double amount of coffee/milk and it is impossible to make large cup of coffee any size I want.
