For someone like us, two coffee connoisseurs, the machine is the heart of the home espresso experience. We always choose our coffee beans carefully, and it wouldn’t be different regarding our espresso machine. After searching for a while and going over so many reviews and features, we chose this espresso machine. It has been one of the best purchases we have made. The machine is excellent; from the grinder to the last drop that hits that espresso cup. It is not just a very aesthetically crafted; it

this is the worst coffee machine I have ever owned. it fails at making coffee regularly and shoots burning water and coffee all over my countertop. I have been burned multiple times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Switches are backwards

Our brand new machine came flawed. The steam and hot water knob are switched, so when you move the switch to steam, hot water comes out and when you move it to hot water, steam comes out. We are very disappointed in this machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So having never used a machine like this it took some practice and maybe a YouTube video BUT after I was able to brew a nice cup in the morning. It's not entirely bulky and sturdy so it's built to last year's. The steamer is also a nice touch making it all in one. Very easy to keep clean as well.

It was really easy to set up and clean, and there wasn’t too much of a learning curve when it came to properly using it. My only complaint would be that it is difficult to throw away used grounds from the port-a-filter. It isn’t a smooth process and had proven to be a bit cumbersome. Happy with this product overall and would recommend.
