Very Happy with the VertuoPlus Deluxe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I reviewed a number of options and this seemed like a good fit. After having it now for a few weeks, I'm very happy with it. The only thing is sometimes it's a bit difficult to get a mug close to the actual unit due to the cup holder isn't that big.

Very Well Engineered Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month (or so) ago, and so far I really love it! There are two things I think could be improved: 1) I want the machine's lid to open on one touch, not two (closing is one touch - opening needs one touch to turn it on, and a second to open); and 2) please tell me when the water level is low. These are relatively minor concerns.

It is compact and even more so with the postion changing on the water tank to allow for more usable counter space, as we don't have alot.
