I love this machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this coffee maker a couple of months ago and retired my Keurig the next day. I love the coffee and the convenience. The coffee is never bitter.

Love VertuoPlus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second VertuoPlus for my vacation cabin. Would have given 5 stars but when I received my second machine, the water dispenser had a thick coating inside the dispenser that I was/am unable to remove. Called the technician who saw the obvious thick coating by video and is supposed to send a replacement immediately. Unfortunately, according to notification, it has been delayed. Still no updates on when it will be sent after a week.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Use it multiple times a day and love it

My husband and I use it everyday, multiple times a day and we are very satisfied with our experience. It has cut back tremendously on going out for coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting this ever since my friend introduced it to me a year ago, except I already had another coffee machine so I didn't feel the need to buy this one too. After moving out, I decided to leave my it behind and buy this for my new apartment. Don't get me wrong, I loved my my old coffee machine, but this machine is SUPERIOR compared to all the rest. Not only can I make single or double shots of espresso, but I can also make so many quality, flavorful coffees. Not to mention, the look of it is so sleek and it is crazy easy to use. For all you Starbucks addicts and coffee fiends, BUY THIS. And if you are wary about the price, don't worry, I was too, but I promise you won't regret it! It was most definitely money well spent! In addition, I also got the aerrocino. Although it is not totally necessary, if you like to Starbucks cold foam in your drinks, the aerrocino is exactly what you need! And it is also ridiculously easy to use.
