Great customer service

I bought this machine 5 months ago and have to sent back to get fixed. Nespresso sent me a new machine and is definitely better. I love that as quick as it pours the coffee is not brewing hot so you can drink it with confidence that you'll not burn yourself.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible machines over and over

This is the 3rd machine I have bought, they all work fine for about 6 months and then have problems. I have done the trouble-shooting, bought de=scaling kits from you, it is ridiculous. I'm trying the Virtua Plus this time but honestly only doing it because i have a lot of pods here that I bought. When this one dies, I'm done with Nespresso machines.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased most all of the Nespresso coffees and found them all to be excellent, with fantastic freshness, depth of flavors and notes and nuances of roasting. Nespresso more than satisfies any coffeehouse desires.
On top of all this they practice fair market dealings, sustainability, environmental awareness, have a recycling program and the best customer service ever!
