Horrible Quality

We have had two machines stop working in less than a year. We will not be getting a third.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect for the Airstream!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love great coffee even when camping. The Nespresso Next has proven to be a great solution. The coffee is perfect. The clean up is easy. And, the only water used is for the coffee (none for clean up).
I would recommend this to a friend!

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY! THIS THING DOES NOT WORK! THERE IS CURRENTLY A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS MACHINE FOR BEING DEFECTIVE, LOOK IT UP. This machine as done nothing but waste pods, ruin mornings, and deepen my disgust towards Nestle as a company

Hi. Thank you for your review. We are dismayed to learn your Vertuo Next does not meet your expectations. We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew, as well as help loosen the locking mechanism if there is coffee build up from brewing. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. If you need assistance with your Nespresso Vertuo Next Machine, please do not hesitate to contact us through our toll-free number, 800-562-1465. Each machine comes with at least a one-year warranty and lifetime troubleshooting assistance. Thanks!

Perfect coffee every time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After years of the same coffee made the same way, it is so great to have choices. I love that I can make a coffee and then later have a latte or espresso. If my guests want decaf I can offer that and not waste a bag of decaf that hardly gets used. It’s so easy and no clean up. I’m just wondering why it took me so long to buy a nespresso.
