Do not recommend

I’m on my second Vertuo Next and while I love the coffee, the machine has stopped working just as the first one did. In addition to many other small issues - just like my first! Nothing (including factory reset) will get the coffee to brew again. Do not recommend this machine!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi. Thank you for your review. We are dismayed to learn your Vertuo Next does not meet your expectations. We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew, as well as help loosen the locking mechanism if there is coffee build up from brewing. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. If you need assistance with your Nespresso Vertuo Next Machine, please do not hesitate to contact us through our toll-free number, 800-562-1465. Each machine comes with at least a one-year warranty and lifetime troubleshooting assistance. Thanks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A friend referred me to this model and I am not disappointed. Wish it could make a carafe sized and was going to get one that does, but based on other reviews those machines were having issues. As a result I went with the Vertuo and love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a gift over the summer and have never been able to go back to regular drip coffee or even Starbucks. I loved it so much I just bought one for a friend’s birthday since we’re both coffee fanatics.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love it! It's slick and goes very well with my house. As for the quality, it's been rather amazing. I've made a few drinks so far, from lattes to shakes of espresso; all have been amazing. Highly satisfied with the product.

Great machine, easy to use

We have a mountain home that did not have a Nespresso machine, so we used the ill fitting pods as the excuse to get the new machine and try out the new pods. We love it! Easy to use, and great coffee!

Super creamy don’t even need milk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always been a Starbucks pike roast lover and will add in a splash of half & half. Have to say I am surprised how creamy the nespresso coffees are. Don’t even need to add milk. On a side note, beware the color gray is not as expected. It was white with silver accents.
