So happy we decided to try. When it's time for a new machine, I won't think twice about buying another Nespresso.

Steer clear

It started leaking at about 8 months ! I should have seeked help then… now about 2 years in it makes a puddle of water at the base whenever I brew coffee! My Keurig lasted 5 years and was still working before I decided to “upgrade” terrible decision, steer clear ‘ warranty is only 1 year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the push button to open/close and the larger water tank. So far the machine has worked well and is quiet. Only improvement would be a larger used capsule compartment.

Best coffee ever

I got this as a gift for last Christmas. It was the best gift ever. I use it everyday. I made a whole cute coffee station and my guest love it too. Can't go wrong with the Vertuo Plus.

Nespresso has ruined me for all other coffee

I soon discovered it was only just good coffee. I bought my Nespresso as soon as I return home and have been enjoying great coffee ever since.
