Great easy coffee

I had my nespresso machine for around 8 year. I lived it, its quick to make a coffee however if you want a latte or a cappuccino, you need to buy extras. I also found it quite expensive to buy the pods as you would need to buy atleast 50 pods at a time. Nespresso do however always have an offer on for buying pods. So take advantage of the offers.

Disappointed coffee dreams

I was super excited to have purchased this machine. And now I’m so disappointed and feel I wasted my money. My coffee is luke warm at best. I don’t think the quality of this product matches the price point.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This state-of-the-art machine is designed to brew each blend to the specific programmed temperature that is best-suited to that blend, as defined by Nespresso Coffee Experts. Quality is very important to us, so the coffee brews to its ideal temperature without burning. Please bear in mind that added cold milk can decrease the temperature of the drink. Our Aeroccinos warm the milk and are designed to not exceed a certain heat level to avoid scorching.
We have some tips to help prepare a hotter beverage to increase your overall enjoyment:
1. Use hot water to preheat the cup to keep the coffee hotter longer.
2. Make sure the size of cup you are using matches the size of the blend. A small espresso poured into a large mug, for example, will cool down very quickly.
3. Clean the brew unit by following these steps: eject the capsule, close and lock the machine, and press the button 3 times rapidly. The cleaning process will take up to 5 minutes and will dispense water from the machine in stops and starts. We recommend doing this weekly for the best maintenance.
4. Descale the machine. Scale build-up can interfere with proper heating, and can also affect the taste and brew time of the coffee. We recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first.
If you have followed all of these tips, and the coffee still does not seem hot enough, please call us for further assistance. Not worth the hype

Not happy with this machine. From all the hype I thought I’d really love it! It performs well but the temperate is mediocre. Barely warm when it’s first brewed. I thought I’d love it more than the keurig. But after almost a year I’m regretting buying it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great coffee, but not sustainable

Works great until it doesn’t. My husband and I bought this machine in May of 2023. We both use it every day! We brew between 2-4 cups of coffee a day. In September of 2023, it started making this really loud grinding and whirring noise out of nowhere. Called customer support and they had me restart it, descale it, and try to troubleshoot it but nothing helped. Ended up sending it in for repair. They replaced 2 major parts and said it was fixed. Machine came back still making the noise, just quieter. Disappointed that it can’t even last a year.
I would recommend this to a friend!
