Makes coffee as it should but very hard to close lid and slide over locking device.

Great leader priced option

This one has a removable cup holder and a long design which I don’t love on my counter. Both fine and not deal breaker things, might work well for some. Still a great option for not too high of a price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a coffee snob but I'm lazy. I was skeptical about getting another coffee pod systems after being disappointed with Keurig. I was proved wrong! This coffee and espresso is amazing. The system really is pressurized to deliver that signature crema. I bought my machine in store and was immediately greeted and offered free espresso. I was like a kid in a candy store with all the selections. And I love that the pods are aluminum and not plastic and they can be recycled.

Absolutely great coffee maker

A fantastic gift

Buyer beware of Vertuo Next

Two stars only because the coffee is great WHEN it works.
So disappointed in the TWO machines we have. The first one worked well for several months, then mysteriously quit (orange light repeatedly despite regular cleanings/descaling processes.) We had given a machine to mom, but it was so hard to lock and unlock for her that when ours quit, we confiscated hers (after buying her a Keurig which she adores and is easy for her to use--no the coffee isn't as good but she's happy with it.) Then the SECOND machine stopped working--again after regular cleaning and descaling. VERY disappointed, ESPECIALLY after having just received a large coffee order!!
