Best home product I own

The nespresso quite literally changed my life. That sounds so dramatic but I used to go to Starbucks every single day because I “thought” nothing compared. I bought the nespresso and instantly I knew it was a game changer. You can make “Starbucks quality” at home and much better!! I love all the pod flavors but I typically go for a double espresso shot. I use the Nespresso milk Frother and get a perfect latte everytime. I love this kitchen product so much!

Works like a charm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our machine makes minimum 4 coffees per day in our house and it works like a charm. The amount of money we have saved for store quality drinks is adding up extremely quick and has likely paid for itself many times over in under a month.

1 Year Machine

It’s a wonderful machine but does not last more than a year. Our first one completely stopped brewing and thankfully because it was under warranty, we were able to receive a free replacement.
This time I ensured to maintain it as recommended by doing weekly rinse cycles and every 3 months conduct a descale cycle. Alas this also did not last longer than a year.
While they did offer 30% off any virtuo purchase of a new machine, it makes me pause to question if this is something I will have to deal with every year.
I am truly a fan of the product and quality of the coffee, it’s just unfortunate that their machines don’t last longer than a year. Maybe some of the other models do, just not this one. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this model and you may have better luck with a model that has higher ratings.

Love My New VertuoPlus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had two Original Machines for Years (Both for Home and Office) and loved them. I tried the Vertuo Machine and loved it so much I bought two! The Coffee is the best!

This is my very favorite coffee machine I've ever purchased. I've had it for 3 months and I wouldn't know what to do without it. There are soooo many different Nespresso cup options to use: single shot espresso, double shot, coffee, carafe, etc; along with sooo many different flavors. My favorite type of cup to use is the double shot cups- I especially like to use these to make iced lattes. My husband (who was never a coffee drinker), even likes coffee now with this machine. He prefers a hot latte made out of a single shot cup. This machine literally allows you to make coffee shop coffee in the comfort of your own home. and at a much more affordable price.

I bought this last May. Of 2022 and it’s already broke. I only use it about once a week and I loved it, but today it wouldn’t power on. I worked with tech support and I was told it was out of warranty after a year. My choices were to send it in for repair for 65 or a discount on a new one. Highly disappointing on the quality for the price.
