Horrible design

Do not buy this hunk of junk unless you enjoy cleaning your coffee machine multiple times a day

Great tasting coffee at a fraction of the cost!

Wasn't much of a coffee drinker until we had this machine. So easy to use, sooo many pods available too. Great value for money, makes a great tasting coffee in no time at all! Definitely recommend especially with a milk frother!

Avoid this unit

I have had this machine for two years and it constantly requires me to call tech support. Numerous times a year it malfunctions. Additionally it is quite hard to close. The design is bad. It needs to be reengineered or pulled from the line.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Crazy good coffee. Insanely good, actually

I received the VertuoPlus with Aeroccino as a Christmas gift from my daughter. I’ve always been a coffee-lover, but this is at a whole new level. My favorite pod is the Melozio…not too strong, but definitely not too weak. Delicious layer of rich crema on top of each cup. Man, I can’t even tell you how I look forward to a cup of this every morning. These machines have some hi-tech capabilities built into them, which enables them to brew a single cup to perfection. Convenient as heck, too. The flavor and quality of each cup is the best part. I’ve read some reviews where customers complained that their machine developed problems after a couple of years. Well, if that happens to mine, I will be disappointed…but I gotta say that I would replace it with another one as quickly as possible. If I get 3-4 years of THIS every morning, I will feel that I’ve gotten my money’s worth; and will be happy to purchase another VertuoPlus machine to continue the experience.

The great things about espresso at home is how much money you can save! I love the fact that the flavors are endless and I can make my coffee exactly to my liking. The comfort of my own home. This is a great little espresso machine. The price may seem steep at first but I promise you it pays for itself I. The long run with how much money you will save making your own.
