Not efficient - Gets Stuck in Descaling

Machine gets stuck in descaling mode each time. I dread descaling because I know it's always going to take hours to do it. I always have to call the support center. They are helpful but it's time consuming to do it every time every 3 months. This process should be 20 mins and takes 2 hours every time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Best Ever

I purchased this machine on 2/3/24 after my K machine started acting up and it's so so nice. Fast coffee when you are ready and it's a perfevct fit for my coffee bar. The coffee and espresso's are magnificent. The milk frother came with it and it tends to froth the almond milk very well. The only thing I hate is that I should have purchased the DUO long time ago.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best coffee ever!

I am obsessed! I love their coffee, I cannot even drink Starbucks or my favorite local coffee shop anymore. I love that it’s eco-friendly, recycles/composts waste, and helps me save money. The coffee selection is phenomenal, exciting and so smooth and fun. You can make lattes at home and try all sorts of new things it’s amazing.
