My husband doesn’t drink coffee so I needed an easy, one cup machine that gave me coffee shop quality with every cup. This machine is perfect for that! I love using it for iced coffee.

Not for me Majorly Disappointed

Someone wrote this prior to me, but it is my exact feelings so I will echo what they said….Mediocre coffee, finicky machine, expensive. I wouldn't spend the money if I had to do it over. The coffee is also not hot enough for me. I am very disappointed Ana’s it sits in my counter and I use my trusty Bunn that sits beside it. Also, the cost of the coffee is way too much and is wasted because I have to buy a minimum of 10 and then they are left to sit when I don’t like the first one out of the box.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review. We’re dismayed to learn that you haven’t found a Vertuo blend that caters to your tastes and the coffee from your VertuoPlus machine is not hot enough. Most Nespresso machines have at least a one-year warranty, with a lifetime a lifetime of free troubleshooting, via our toll-free number 800-562-1465. We recommend calling Nespresso for assistance to speak with a machine expert who can assist you with your machine and offer some 5 oz. and 7.77 oz. coffee recommendations for you. Leaking.

I've had this machine for about a year and a half. It started leaking slightly from the seam about a year ago. It was small at first, but the leak has just progressively gotten worse. I don't know what to do about it. I like my machine, but I don't know what else to do at this point.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great if you only want it for a year

coffee tastes good and its really convenient…for about a year. and then the machine stops reading the capsules, and you have to waste SO many capsules just to get your cup of coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
