Disappointing

I’ve had this machine for maybe a year of two. I’ve made probably about 20 cups of coffee in it since. It was a gift, the machine has stopped working and it it’s still in good shape as if I just bought it. This is the worst coffee machine ever it won’t pump water through to dispense the coffee
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I absolutely love nespresso. It is so delicious. I also love how he large selection of pods. So many lovely flavors! It is easy to clean and maintain as well.

The coffee system came with a quick card for fast setup and use. The frother and machine were both intuitive and easy to use. I really loved the included sample box of various coffee and espresso flavors. The taste is awesome and the frother worked so well with cold whole milk. Good price and value for the machine and frother even though pods are expensive. I love this machine and the quality of the coffee it makes. All of it has been strong, creamy and the milk frother adds to it.
My only complaint is Nespresso not offering more variety packs to try the multiple flavor offerings.

Not worth the hype

When this machine actually works, it's great. But it has not lived up to the hype. Haven't even had it 2 years and there have already been so many issues. Leaking coffee, blinking red, constantly running it through clean cycles, etc. I have gone through the steps with Nespresso to try and fix the issues, we have reset it, descaled it and it still isn't consistently brewing coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Nespresso is a good standard coffee machine. It's cheaper than the other coffee machines. I'd have preferred it if they had more options for capsules such as hot chocolate or tea.

I love my Nespresso! The vertuo machines make both espresso and coffee, which is great because some days I want a coffee and some days I want a latte. This machine heats up quick, has a large water reservoir capacity, and looks sleek! I have had it for about two years and have no complaints.
