Great investment.

Love love love my nespresso vertuo plus. Having this has saved me countless trips to the coffee shop and many many dollars. The milk frother works fast and efficiently for lattes, or just topping off a coffee. The machine itself brews some delicious frothy coffee, ordering pods online is easy and they always ship fast. This machine has a water tank that can be adjusted to better fit your counter space, it brews fast and cleans easily. Highly recommend!

Don’t bother with this machine. Im about to be on my 3rd machine in 4 years and I only reordered because I have a lot of $ in coffee pods I need to use. But once this one breaks probably in 1-2 years I will not be getting another. The company needs to have a longer warranty on these crap machines. You can tell by all the reviews here they don’t last. Customer service is a joke.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I truly love my nespresso! Making coffee at home that tastes consistently good was so hard for me prior to buying this nespresso! Love that you can make cold foam or hot milk in the frother! Such a sleek look too!

Worst Coffee maker I’ve ever owed.

The worst coffee machine I've ever owned. The machine didn't work and parts just broke off. Customer service was absolutely incompetent. I threw the machine in the trash after half a year.

We’ve had the Nespresso Vertuo Next machine for 6 months now and we are just as pleased as we were on day one.
Pros:
*Quickly makes a cup of coffee or espresso for those busy (or slow) mornings
*Only one button - no messing with settings because the machine reads the barcodes on the pods to make the perfect cup or shot
*Sleek look so you don’t need to worry about a counter eye sore!
*Creates a delicious foam topping
*Easy to clean and maintain
*Quickly makes a cup of coffee or espresso for those busy (or slow) mornings
*Only one button - no messing with settings because the machine reads the barcodes on the pods to make the perfect cup or shot
*Sleek look so you don’t need to worry about a counter eye sore!

Cons:
*Pods can be expensive to some-especially with multiple coffee lovers

Delicious and convenient morning coffee machine

The coffee from this machine is okay. It sucks that you can’t use other pod brands though because Nespresso pods are expensive. You can brew any brew size from espresso to carafe. Maintenance is easy but expensive because you should (have to) use Nespresso’s solution. The machine looks good but I think it could look better. After 2 years it started leaking and after 2.5 years, it does not brew coffee properly.

I’ve been a Nespresso user for about five years and from the beginning I’ve always had a Vertuo Next And have always liked the features that it had with a variety of cup sizes Because I drink a lot of regular coffee and espresso, But the Next model Despite its good looks and features had quality problems and I had a lot of Issues and had to return the machine three or four times so I decided to upgrade to the Vertuo plus deluxe And I absolutely love it. It makes great regular coffee and espresso with a nice thick creama. It’s fast, quiet, heats up really fast and I especially love the 60 ounce water tank, larger pod receptacle and the automatic pod dispenser and I really like that It’s about 15° hotter than the Next. I haven’t had to decalcify it yet, but looking at the instructions, it’s a lot easier than the Next model. I haven’t had it too long so I can’t speak to the durability of it but so far I’m very happy with it. I like the way it looks With a manageable sized footprint. Very happy with this one!
