[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately we did returned the coffe maker but because the coffee was not hot at the store with the one they tried coffee it always great the one they sold to us once again the taste was good but coffe not hot it was warm.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features

Made my first cup of espresso, delicious flavor. It's very easy to set up and use. It only took about 2 minutes to set up, including running a cycle. This is done to wash out anything from the manufacturer's process. Also, setting up Bluetooth was easy, so I could program my perfect cup through your app.

Sleek design and a good cup of coffee ☕️

The sleek design allows for it to match your space and look expensive while being reasonably priced! There’s multiple brewing options depending on what you’re looking for and it’s easy to clean. It’s not too noisy when making an early morning cup of coffee and there’s so many pods to choose from and it comes with a sample package of pods what have many of great options!

Vibration Noise

I love the machine and the coffee. What I don't like is the vibrating noise it makes brewing the coffee.

We bought a used one because we were uncertain of the flavor and how good the coffee might be. The coffee is outstanding with lots of Crema and many flavors and strengths to choose from.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So disappointed

After being a long time nespresso user (original machines over 20 years) I bought a vertuo machine a month ago. We wanted the option to have a regular cup of coffee once in a while. Well, the coffee flavor is so disappointing. It’s watery. Even the espresso pods are disappointing. It’s so bad I don’t even feel like I can give it away. It’s going in the garbage! Fortunately, I kept my original machine in the garage. I will go back to ordering original pods for my daily cappuccino.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Piece of junk. I’m done with it! No stars from me

This coffee machine is a piece of Junk that I would not recommend unless you enjoy having a full mass of coffee spread all over your counter. The machine has an adjustable cup holder that I use at the bottom placement. His cup holder does not fit into the slot that can be locked into place. Even if you test it before using it to make sure it’s fitted properly does not help. Simply adding the coffee cup can dislodge the holder resulting in coffee missing the cup and spilling out coffee everywhere. I repeat, do not buy this. Coffee maker. Complete junk. One star because it is required to send this review.

Great for people with Arthritis too!!

Pleased and happy with this machine more so than any other one I have ever purchased. As usual it produces fantastic, delicious 😋 coffee. That is a given. But I have Rhumatoid Arthritis so with this machine, if you are looking for one that does not require any hard hand pressure from you....this is the machine for you. A cup of coffee for me with NO pain on my wrist,fingers, or hands. Thank you Nespresso. I can not stop singing your praise.
