Water temp to cold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought the water temperature was too low and as a result the coffee suffered. There is no way to increase the water temp.

Thank you for your review! Nespresso machines are designed to brew each blend to the specific programmed temperature that is best-suited to that blend, as defined by Nespresso Coffee Experts. Quality is very important to us, so the coffee brews to its ideal temperature without burning. Please bear in mind that added cold milk can decrease the temperature of the drink. Our Aeroccinos warm the milk however are designed to not exceed a certain heat level to avoid scorching.

Lovely machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The function of this coffee machine is rather easy and setup was relatively quick although it does require you to have an app on your phone. It is rather heavy for a coffee machine considering the size. I love that it has different size options for the pods. It makes a great cup of coffee with expected consistency. The cleaning process is rather easy though it does require the use of the app on your smart phone and a larger vessel than your average coffee cup/mug. I feel like it should have included a carafe considering it is required for the cleaning process however it does not. I feel like it is a decent price for the function and design of the machine overall.

Risky Product

Poison yourself with microplastics! I did with this device for 2 years without understanding the risks. Should come with warning label, as dangerous as cigarettes at this point. They refuse to make one out of metal and glass, I won't use nespresso.

This works amazingly! The Nespresso is a great alternative to traditional coffee makers and other products on the market. I do wish the power cord was slightly longer, but that is because of the location I put it in.

Your “must have” espresso machine!

This product is exactly what I was looking for! Convenient, easy to clean, and brews perfect espresso. It also has a setting that brews coffee! Two in one :) Definitely worth the price!
