I have had for two weeks and the door latch does not hold tight. I have seen a towel hit the door and open it stopping the cycle.

We replaced both of our older washer and dryer with the matching pair of this model and what a difference. with large washed load for the washer this dryer can dry most loads with in 30 to 40 minutes. MY old dryer took and hour or more . I have always like GE products and the dryer has not disappointed. The steam feature works great I sure I will provide many years of reliable service thanks GE

This machine is quiet and is able to handle daily laundry for a family of 5! It has never ruined a piece of work out clothing, delicate dress, or baby clothes, yet is capable of drying work jeans with ease!
