[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer has performed above and beyond expectations. i was not expecting much as far as volume (I understood the specs) but as I filled the void I was amazed at what it could hold. I would recommend this little giant to any one of my friends or family.

Purchased in 10/2015 and today there was water on the bottom and items were defrosting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oh no, llbsocal! I hate to hear that your freezer isn't cooling. Please make sure the circuit breaker has not tripped. Also, this unit cannot be installed in an area where the ambient temperature exceeds 110F. If it is in a garage in this hot Summer, it may be an issue. If the issue still remains, while we don't typically service freezers of this size, a service company may be able to provide you with an idea of what the issue is. ~ Brandi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 7.2 cu ft Frigidaire Freezer is the perfect size for additional freezer storage. So far it is working just great. We like to take advantage of grocery bargains and our kitchen freezer does not hold much. Bought a couple of plastic bins for freezer to keep items sorted and another 2 upper storage baskets so we now have plenty of organized space. Would recommend this freezer for smaller households.
