[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this freezer 1 month ago. I am disappointed that there is a big build-up of ice near the right front top of the inside where the lid seal closes. I checked to make sure the freezer was perfectly level on all 4 sides. I could not see any place where the seal did not close tight. Maybe? This is just normal operation? Otherwise, this is the quietest freezer I have ever owned and cooled down out of the box in just 1 hour. It barely ever runs. I would recommend this freezer.

Hi, David521! I appreciate your feedback, and I can understand your concern. This is not a frost-free model, so it will require defrosting at times. Luckily, it features a defrost water drain which makes removing water during defrosting convenient. I am glad to hear you are enjoying the new freezer! ~ Brandi
