Love this freezer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so glad I was able to find this freezer. It works great for the additional items that won’t fit in my small refrigerator freezer. I did need to figure out electrical, but one I had a good outlet it was plugged in an working amazing.

Seems to be doing good but for a small problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this freezer for2 weeks. It is cold enough BUT I’m getting a frost on side where the lid is not closing tight. I tested it with a piece of paper and it doesn’t seal tightly on the side in question. Where do I go to get this solved
