Works well, need better packaging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer has been working well. No complaints other than the original packaging. When I got the unit home and unpacked it, there were an assortment of dents on the outside. Just cosmetic, but clearly the packaging was insufficient to protect the unit in transit to the store.
The unit is fairly deep, so organization and finding things at the bottom can be a challenge. Maybe some more wire baskets would help.

No problems, very convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this freezer for almost a year now, and I have absolutely no complaints. It is big enough to store plenty of frozen pizzas, bags of chicken, and hot pockets for our family of 3 - but not so big that it would be inconvenient if we had to move it. We keep it in our basement, which is carpeted, and we've had no problems with it leaking, losing power, or anything else. I've never owned a chest freezer, so I did a lot of research before buying this. Delivery was fast and easy, and 2 people can pretty easily get it down to the basement. I definitely would recommend purchasing this freezer.

Great for Family of 3

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were initially undecided if we really need a chest freezer. Somebody recommended this model to us and since it's economical, we bought it. It is very useful, we can buy in bulk now and save on grocery. Plus, wife can plan in advance for family get togahers. 5 cft is an ideal size for us, we have placed it in our Garage and it's working fine for 2 months now.

EASY.

The store easily put it in my SUV and I was able to get it out by myself by dropping it onto a thick rubber mat. With the boxing off, I was able to easily move it inside the house. Plug it in a regular plug and you are good to go! I put it in my office. It is 100% silent. It will need defrosting eventually (a year). This is really a nice piece. I love having food stored!

The perfect size!

My husband put castor wheels on the bottom of it and it fits the space perfectly! We love how the freezer is portable, yet large enough to transform the amount of freezer storage we have. The little basket is helpful, and the freezer holds more than we initially expected!

Product last just past warranty

I bought this March 2019 and by April 2020 it won't stay cold, what kind of product just last one year? One you don't want to buy.
