We bought this fridge about a month ago. It is a nice looking appliance and so far it keeps food cold and frozen, but it is so noisy that it drives us crazy. I have leveled it several times, but nothing helps. On a good day it sounds like a microwave running. On bad days it sounds like an old window air conditioner running. A lot of the noise comes from the freezer fan. This is the first new fridge we have ever bought and we are so disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Seal at top of freezer is already leaking

Had this a few weeks and the top of freezer doesn't seem to be sealing well, I'm going to have to contact them and hope they'll come fix it.

First refrigerator I've bought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has plenty of room. It is loud, with odd noises. The freezer stays shut but only if you really have to make sure you've closed it. The refrigerator door closes fine. From what I've read of the reviews, the noises and freezer door are flaws in the design. Hard to believe all new refrigerators make so many noises. Should have read the reviews before I bought it.

We welcome you to view the normal sounds on page 20 of your Use and Care Guide. Also, let's do a simple inspection of your gasket by slipping a sheet of paper or a dollar bill between the door edge and the freezer edge, then close the door. If you can move the paper or dollar bill easily out of the door, this is another indication that your gasket is not sealing properly. If you feel your concern is out of sorts, please reconnect with us directly.

Deli drawer guides failed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator in October 2016, about two years ago. It is the perfect size for the space available in our kitchen. We are very happy with the operation of the refrigerator. The storage is maximized for the size of the refrigerator and we have not had any mechanical issues. About five months ago, the deli drawer guide on the underside of the middle shelf broke off at the back of the shelf. I removed the shelf and crazy glued the plastic, but it failed within a week. Then I tried a binder clip to clip the drawer guide to the shelf, which lasted for about two months. The shelf guide is now in several pieces and beyond repair, so the drawer now sits on top of the shelf. I am looking to replace the shelf with the deli drawer guides, or broken deli drawer guide.
I would recommend this to a friend!
