I purchased replacement kitchen chairs and they look very nice and looks well built. Had a slight problem on one chair that could have been damaged in shipment. Sent a picture and chair was replaced immediately.

I ordered these chairs because they purportedly hold 800 lbs. I have a cousin who
visits once a year and weighs 450 pounds and always breaks my chairs. I love the way the chairs look in my house and now feel ready for this cousin's visit. The upholstery option was so inexpensive and looks truly lovely. Well packaged and came with screws and everything needed. Only drawback was communication: chair bases and upholstered seats were split into two orders and updates were hard to decipher--at one point it looked like one order had been cancelled! Chairs arrived first, then seats took another couple of weeks. But they finally arrived and were perfect, so I am very pleased so far. I will let you know how they performed after cousin's next visit.
