Super quiet. No fun being locked into one sound with only the apple EQ, flat being the best option which just shouldn’t be a thing. Clangy metal sounding highs that actually gave me a headache after 30 minutes of use. Hurts your ears. Doesn’t give you that signature Beats bass feel either. So disappointing. Controls were the highlight but that shouldn’t be the highlight with earbuds lol.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pros:
• Battery life is great. The wireless earphones charge quickly and can be used for a day. The charger itself charges fast as well and can last for a couple of days without needing to be charged.
• Connection is fantastic.
• Sound system when it comes to music is great as well.

Cons:
• I had issues when using it for phone calls. The connection isn’t as great. For instance, I would try to increase the volume from the wireless earphones but there won’t be a change of volume on the other hand. The person I’m talking to had problems hearing me as well while using this product.

Overall: The product is worth the price. I’ve only tried one (way cheaper) wireless earphones, so I wouldn’t be able to compare to other ones. What I like about is that I’m not too worried about dropping or losing it cause it’s not small unlike wireless earphones I’ve seen. It’s not huge either that other people would notice it hanging from your ear.

All the problems are true

For the first month they were awesome. Then the problems that I read about before I bought them began.
1- the left ear piece does not consistently connect.
2- if the left connects then the right may not
3 - they constantly need to be re paired with the device you are using. This is supposed to help all the issues but it only helps them not connecting at that moment.
4- one earpiece will not charge even though it says it is charging
5- they discharge in the case if the case is not charging and plugged in. This is pretty amazing as you put fully charged earbuds into the case and the next day they are at zero
6- they do not work seamlessly like air pods do with apple products. You have to keep connecting in Bluetooth.

I have found very very carefully putting them in the case and triple checking they are charging has sometimes helped with charging. Also found not closing the lid on the case helps to avoid self discharge or not charging. But this does not solve the problems only reduces them. So you gently carry them around with the case open which is not practical.
Not sure I have ever used a more frustrating product.
On a positive note. Once you manage to get it all working they sound great.

Très beau look, se porte bien et ne tombe pas de l’oreille. Le son est de bonne qualité, mais je dois dire que je m’aurais attendu à un peu mieux. Très bien, mais pas excellent, je donnerais un 8-9 sur 10.
