So easy that your husband will clean more often

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family received the product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel! My initial expectations when using a cordless vacuum is two things 1. the battery life and 2. how strong is the suction power on it. For the first one I am extremely impressed with its battery life, it is a bit heavier than let's say a regular vacuum but it does hold a much longer battery life which means not having to charge it as often and it is ready to go. We use it every day in our kitchen and in the dogs back room where they eat and sleep. As it is Fall they are still shedding a lot and both of our dogs are messy eaters, in other words we have to clean up dog food from the floor every day and bending over with the hand vac was starting to bother our backs. The only advice I would give on battery is the lack important information such as % of battery life. 2. Strong suction based on what level setting you use. We used 2 for our hardwood floors and 3 for carpet and car cleanups, we have a toddler so the backseat has been filled with goldfish throughout the week. I think the LED lights on the display are a nice touch with each setting to indicate what level you are at suction wise. Also, shockingly quiet! My wife does most of the cleaning, but I have enjoyed using it so much she made a comment for the first time that I have been jumping in to clean up more often and she is wishing we got this a long time ago. It is not heavy and easy to maneuver with the full stick attached for floors or as a traditional hand vac for smaller spots. The fact that it comes with different heads makes this vacuum more versatile than a traditional hand vac but without the weight of a full on heavy vacuum where you are dragging the vacuum and the cord. Honestly, that is why I probably like using it so much and offering to help more. It is easy to use and gets the job done. My request is that since it is difficult to store because of it's size/shape and could benefit from a wall mount kit. Would be great if

Cordless Equals Convenient

My overall impression is good, and I would have given it 5 stars except for a couple of things that I will mention in a moment. This stick vacuum is lightweight, easy to use, has 3 levels of suction, comes with standard attachments, easy to charge, easy to empty, and my favorite, the LED lights on the vacuum head. The run time at the highest suction was around 15-18 minutes. Not bad for a battery-operated stick vacuum but I would need two charges to clean all the rooms in our 3-bedroom home. I generally use it as my daily go to for quick messes and not necessarily a full house vacuum in one go, so this run time is fine for me. I appreciate the 3 suction levels but generally only use the mid and high levels. Suction is decent but I do find myself often using the highest level to get anything off the carpet and larger messes on the tile. The trigger to turn the vacuum on and off is simple to use but it also can get in the way, and you might accidentally turn it off while using it like I have a few times. It is very easy to empty the canister, you can remove it completely or pop open the bottom for a quick emptying of the contents. The battery must be removed to charge it, not a huge deal but worth mentioning. This also does not come with a wall mount to hang the vacuum on. Not a deal breaker for me but maybe for others. I love that I can easily switch out the attachments to clean all the nooks and crannies very quickly. My favorite thing about this stick vacuum has to be the LED lights on the head. They are nice and bright and make it so much easier to see any little crumbs that you may not have seen without them. I disliked the sound that the vacuum makes, especially on the mid-level suction. It was not incredibly loud, but the pitch was slightly annoying; it sounded a little better on the highest setting. Overall, this stick vacuum is a great addition to my cleaning tools.

Great everyday cleaning tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this vacuum every single day since I received it. Anywhere from cleaning up small toddler made messes to deep cleaning the stairs and my car. We recently acquired a new costume that dips glitter like no other, a few quick passes with the vacuum and the glitter was all picked up from the floor. I really like being able to remove the battery and charge it without having to dock the whole vacuum and it charges relatively quickly and the battery last a good amount of time. The multiple power settings are one of the best features I have used in a while: I use the lowest power for my small rugs and they don't get sucked up in the vacuum, I use the middle setting for every day cleanups, and I use the last setting for cleaning my carpets. You can go from carpet to rugs to hardwood all in one go with no issues. I had no issues with the noise level, found it comparable to others I've used. This is my new everyday vacuum. I was given this stick vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Great Vacuum!

Incredible suction across both carpeted and hardwood floors. The vacuum has great maneuverability for navigating around furniture and walls. Very lightweight for a cordless vacuum, which makes it even easier for utilizing across my home. The vacuum has three power settings, and I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet the highest power setting was. The attachments are wonderful additions to help with those hard to reach places. Would recommend this vacuum to anybody, it seems to make cleaning a bit easier.

Helpful Handheld

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mom of 4 kids and 2 dogs who live in the dusty, dirty desert, I was so excited to try this vaccum! I love that it is cordless & very easily portable. It has saved me quite a bit of time because I can quickly grab it and clean up messes. No more dragging a cord through my house or garage and maneuvering with a bulky hose. Not only can I clean the floor, but I can also tidy pretty much every nook and cranny in my house AND my car by transforming it into the smaller handheld version. I can deftly use all the attachments to clean car seats and cup holders. I was even able to clean the inside of some of my kitchen appliances. I like the addition of the lights on the front of the vacuum. I could actually see dust and dirt on the ground that I wouldn't have seen otherwise, which helped me to get a more thorough clean. The only negative might be that they do shine almost right up into your eyes. I also thought the different vacuum speeds were very useful. The turbo worked best on hard surfaces to get all the crumbs and dirt. The medium worked best on carpet and it got most everything. Turbo mode could probably have gotten way more out of the carpet if it wasn't trying to suction to the carpet. And then the low setting was best used on rugs and kitchen mats because it was the least likely to get stuck/try to suck up the mat. The removable main brush head was an awesome plan. So much hair gets stuck around it that popping it out to clean is helpful! The trigger button makes it very easy to turn on/off. Being able to charge this vacuum was awesome and about 40 minutes is an accurate run time. Even though the emptying of the vacuum has some problems, I still really appreciated the reusable, washable metal filter included. I cleaned up: dirt, dust, dog hair, dry cereal spills, & many, many crumbs. This vacuum is kid & dog mom approved! I was given this stick vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had just gone to two different stores and multiple sites to review stick vacuums when I got the maybe invite to test this bad boy out. Amazingly, Stellar Product Testing Panel chose me as one of the lucky ones. I was so excited that I immediately unboxed and began to put together. For me this is odd because I read pamphlets front to back first normally. The setup was seamless. I then referred to my pamphlet for instructions on how to use and anything else I may have missed. I do like that it explains how to mount to the wall, which I recommend doing as soon as possible. I say this because it is a bit top heavy and standing upright isn't always easy without being mounted. May as well expect it broken soon if not mounted. Possibly only downfall for me because I constantly am vacuuming due to our white floors and toddler mess. The maneuverability is similar to that feeling of a brand new car! It just glides around everywhere. The run time has gone over 23 minutes straight at a time, I even have used it out back a few times through out the day and night and still the next day. The stick vacuum is small but mighty! The suction is incredible and the noise is in a way relaxing. It is not obnoxiously loud; it's more of a light hum for something as strong as it is. Not to mention it comes with three power modes. I love the lights on the bottom especially because we have some late nights and a few dark corners to get to. Another great quality? The cleanup of the product. Just unclick and push the button to empty, twist off the dirt container and unwrap any hair or lint around it if necessary. I forgot! The bottom bristle tube can be unattached to easily clean. I most definitely recommend this and have already recommended to friends, family, or anyone that wants to hear about it.

Lightweight vacuum that packs a punch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this stick vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I couldn't be happier. It is a small, lightweight vacuum but really packs a punch when it comes to performance and suction. I felt as though the vacuum's suction was similar to our bigger vacuum and it cleaned the floor just as well. I was not expecting the vacuum to clean as well given its size, but I was very surprised! My favorite feature was the lightweight design. I have hip pain and having a vacuum where I can move around easily and feel like I'm barely pushing anything is wonderful. Even my 2 year could push it and enjoyed helping me "clean". I am a mom of a messy toddler and it was so easy to pull this vacuum out and pick up her small spills. The vacuum head was easy to maneuver and could get into cracks and crevices better than our big vacuum. This vacuum comes with 3 modes (hard wood, carpet, and extra suction). We used the hard wood and carpet mode the most and felt they worked well in their respective categories. Sometimes, vacuuming on the carpet took a couple passes, but this might have been resolved with the extra suction mode. Another wonderful feature to this vacuum is its quiet volume. My 2 year usually cries with loud vacuums, but she loves this new vacuum and wants to watch it in action. Another great feature is the lights on the vacuum head that help you see what you need to pick up. Overall, I loved this vacuum. My favorite features were how lightweight it was and easy it was to get out and pick up a quick mess. If I could suggest any changes about this vacuum it would be to adjust the weight distribution. The handle and battery are much heavier than the base so when left standing on its own, it tips over making it a little hard to store. This does not change how much I love this vacuum though and I would absolutely recommend this vacuum to a friend.

Good for carpets and hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to try this vacuum. The current one we have has to be mounted to charge and is very loud. The first thing I noticed the first time I used the Bissel Powerlifter Turbo is that is was light, quieter, and easy to move and charge anywhere (we have 2 stories and a basement). It also stands easily when not in use, which is convenient if I need to move furniture. I have 2 kids, ages 2 and 5. Needless to say, we have quite a bit of mess. The vacuum worked better on our carpet, which we have a lot of. But, it struggled to pick up food, even on the highest setting. It left behind pieces that were about the size of a peanut and larger. If I lined the items up perfectly with the stick, I had better results. I also noticed when emptying the canister that it picked up a LOT of hair, which is great! I had the same problem on the tile. It did not pick up food, like muffin crumbs and bits of food. The lights are also not very bright, so not very helpful at seeing objects on the floor when vacuuming. Again, if I lined objects up with the stick, I had better luck. Lastly, the head of the vacuum gets stuck in the locked position a lot while vacuuming, and I needed to fix it often. Overall, I feel it is a good vacuum, especially for hair and carpets. Depending on what you are using it for, may be great. Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for giving me the opportunity to test out the Bissel PowerLifter Turbo Vacuum.
