Powerful, Convenient, and Versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a dog and live in a dusty urban apartment, so it seems like there's a never-ending need for vacuuming! I already had a robot vacuum, a corded vacuum, and a handvac. However, the robot vacuum was fine for everyday maintenance but not powerful enough to get all the pet hair off my rugs. The corded vacuum is just a pain to drag out. So I was looking for a cordless stick vac for spot cleaning to fill in the gaps! The Bissell Powerlifter Turbo Cordless Stick Vacuum is incredibly powerful, even on medium speed (there are three power levels). While it doesn't get all the pet hair out of my area rugs, it does a MUCH better job than my robot vacuum! It's actually too strong for some uses: it sucks up my lightweight flatweave rug on any power setting except for the lowest (and even then I have to be careful) and it's too strong to use with the roller on my couch cover because it sucks up the cover. It does auto shuts off when it sucks up fabric, which is good because it prevents damage to the fabric or vacuum. This vacuum is also incredibly versatile; I love that you can use any combination of attachments, like the roller with the handvac (without the extender) or the crevice brush with the extender. This makes it more useful than my actual handvac (which doesn't have the extender or the roller). And the lack of a cord makes it more convenient to pull out for quick spot cleans than my corded vacuum. It's a little top heavy and doesn't stand on its , but that's to be expected for a cordless stick vacuum like this. It does make it a little harder to store, particularly since I didn't get the wall mount or accessory holder with my model. The battery took awhile to charge, but I didn't run out of battery while cleaning, with the caveat that I have a small apartment. The dustbin seems a little small; I filled it up quickly even just with spot cleaning. Overall, this doesn't replace my corded vacuum, but is perfect for spot cleaning!

Good for small mess

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would only recommend this for small messes. Not a lot of suction. Would be great for the car with the nozzle attachment. I like how it has the light so you can see the dust better.

Lightweight, husky hair remover

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two huskies and cleaning up after all their shedding can be tedious. I've been through my fair share of vacuums over the years and this one is, by far, the lightest and easiest to use. I'm not restrained by a cord, so I can make quick work of vacuuming downstairs and its lihht enough to use on the stairs and bring upstairs, with no trouble and all on one battery charge. I'll likely buy another one to keep near the kids rooms so they can easily clean up after themselves too!

I've had this vacuum a week!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly loved this vacuum however after having it for 3 days it started making a loud noise and is not sucking things up the same. Nothing is stuck it in the dust collector is completely empty the spinning thing in the base is cleaned it's just making a terrible noise

Does not work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this vacuum for one week. My apartment is all hardwood floors. It does not pick up any dirt, dust, crumbs etc... I have tried it on every setting and still it just moves everything around and doesn't suck it up. The battery also dies within 10 minutes and this is after I have charged it all night long. I don't know if I received a faulty vacuum or this is the baseline. Do not recommend

I would NOT buy this product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's really nice and the cordless effect is amazing. HOWEVER, battery life is insane! Used it for probably 10 mins on the highest power and it died! Then we recharged it and used it on the 2nd setting and got it for a good 20-ish mins. We checked the time. At the point, I should've went with the corded vacuum if I knew it would shut off with a bad battery life. Furthermore, we live in a very small 600sqft apartment complex. It should not be dying within one area of a room before I can move to another. Very disappointed & waste of money.

Bad wall mount design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wall mount design and instructions are very poor. Charger requires battery to be backwards so you can't tell if it's charged. 3 tools but only 2 storage areas. This is important component to be so poorly thought out.

Great for Wood Floors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have medium dark wood floors in our home. It seems as if every piece of dirt shows up on our floors. We have vacuumed with a corded vac, dust mopped and swept. The corded vac works fine but takes more time and effort. The dust mop and broom are only partially effective. Since we purchased the Bissell Cleanview XR 200W, it is much easier to keep our wood floors clean. The Bissell stick vacuum is very easy to use and cleans exceptionally well. We have also used the stick vacuum on tile floors and area rugs. We have only had the stick vacuum a few weeks but are very pleased with our purchase.
