Overall nice units

I finally installed both units and even though I thought I balanced the washer it still vibrates wildly as it washes and is in the spin cycle. Any suggestions on how to correct this issue ?
I would recommend this to a friend!

Smaller than I expected but I am still happy with it. It frees me from going to the Laundromat. Gives me time to do other things while my clothes are washing. Best investment I made.
