[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great typical television for your average Smart TV needs. My issues arise in the responsiveness of the menus, it feels sluggish when trying to turn on the sleep timer. I do not use the AI upscaling as I do not believe it makes any difference in my experience. The brightness and contrast are great out of the box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy set up. Connected to my phones easily. Responsiveness was quick when navigating through. Can change the brightness and contrast to my preferred setting, made the color vivid. Upscaling non-4K content was another feature I liked. Motion Xcelerator and ALLM Gaming Mode were good when gaming on the TV. The audio was also great, it sounds better than other previous TV's I've owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung TV!! I have nothing bad to say about it. I've had it for over a year now and the picture is as perfect as the day I unboxed it! Is the operation system is easy to change the contrast and brightness for a certain images I cast from my phone. The quick responsiveness of the smart TV makes it easier than ever to operate with these.
Actually the only complaint I do have is the remote buttons do not light up. And I'm constantly losing the remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Television has been great, never any problems. Have owned it for over 7 years, and quality has never wavered. Looking to upgrade to an 85" in the near future, and will definitely buy a Samsung! Have been a galaxy phone user since the Galaxy 3S 3! I am currently on the S 22 and still have zero complaints. I work construction, amd use the Otterbox case's those combined with the phones strength are near unbreakable. I have personally not destroyed one yet myself, though I do use screen protectors, and solid cases. Through cement work, framing to finish, and everything in between, I have never had a phone breakage issue. Usually it's a fail in charging, or battery issue, both are typically due to heavy usage, dust, and dirt, and general jobsite abuse, as well as lifestyle abuse. Will always buy Samsung products. Even sent my mother a TV for Christmas one year, and she loves it too! I have an older set of ear buds as well, and thoroughly enjoy them as well!
